We’ve all been there, facing the dread of another boring morning of transactional networking filled with business cards and fake smiles. A room packed with salesmen coming to pitch instead of connect, rehearsed conversations that lack depth and authenticity. Scratch our back, and we’ll scratch yours type of nonsense. Believe us, we’ve been around the networking block, and we’ve tried them all. Every single one felt cold, corporate and clicky. No thanks, stick it.
Time For Real Change
So how did we solve the problem? How did we break the cycle? We didn’t want to ‘network’; we wanted to connect. To collaborate. To celebrate. What needed to change? It was obvious that blokes were the first thing that needed to go (sorry, not sorry, fellas!). This was the first step of setting fire to the format, and the return to the potential of all women empowerment.
So What The Hell Do We Actually Do?
We bring women together in real, welcoming spaces where they can build confidence, grow personally and make powerful connections without judgment or pressure. Our events, coaching and products have become known for their warmth, energy and, most importantly, REALNESS.
